Acceptance and eligibility
By choosing 1 — Agree & continue in the WazzUp consent message, or by using WazzUp after accepting, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept them. Do not use WazzUp for another person without authority.
Wellness service only
WazzUp is a personal wellness journal. It estimates food, exercise and health information using automated systems. It is not a doctor, medical device, diagnosis, treatment plan, emergency service or substitute for professional care. Estimates may be incomplete or wrong. Verify important information and decisions with a qualified professional. Contact local emergency services for urgent help.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you upload, for protecting access to your WhatsApp account and device, and for how you use estimates. Do not upload another person’s health information without permission or use the service for unlawful, harmful or clinical decision-making purposes.
Your content
You retain ownership of your content. You give WazzUp a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, transmit and analyze it only to operate, secure and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. We do not claim ownership of your health records.
Subscriptions
New accounts receive a seven-day trial. Plans renew at USD 8 monthly, USD 20 every three months, or USD 50 yearly until cancelled. Price, renewal timing, taxes and cancellation terms will be shown before payment. Mandatory refund and cancellation rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Availability and liability
The service may change, experience errors or become unavailable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WazzUp is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or decisions made from automated estimates. WazzUp’s aggregate liability is limited to amounts paid by you during the prior 12 months. These limits do not exclude fraud, wilful misconduct, privacy or security duties, negligence, consumer rights, or any liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend misuse or security threats. You may stop using the service, withdraw consent, or request deletion at any time. Provisions that logically survive termination, including ownership, payment obligations and lawful liability limits, continue.

Contact WazzUp through the official WhatsApp conversation. Material changes require a new consent version before further health-data processing.
